Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, 247Garden customers may  return or exchange their order within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. If your order date has exceeded thirty (30) days, we unfortunately, can not offer a refund.  Items that were on clearance or used products, as determined by 247Garden, are not eligible for return.

Any orders after the thirty (30) day return window will be processed under a store credit. After 6 months, any returns will be subject to approval for store credit only.

If you need to make an exchange, please note that the exchange item must be equal value of the item originally purchased. If the item you are exchanging for is of higher value, there may be additional costs that will be charged to the customer. If the item you are exchanging for is of lower value, a refund will be applied.

We do not accept an exchange or return on a used item. We have the right to withhold or reduce any refund on Products that have already been worn and/or which have been damaged or otherwise diminished in value.

Refunds will be processed at best convenience and will be credited to the original form of payment less the cost of shipping and handling (Shipping and handling are not refundable). Depending on your bank, this may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Please note that we may need to contact you if your original payment method has expired to make alternate arrangements (if applicable).
