If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date, no exceptions.

Any orders after the thirty (30) day return window will be processed under a store credit. After 6 months, any returns will be subject to approval for store credit only. 

Please note that we may need to contact you if your original payment method has expired to make alternate arrangements (if applicable).

We have the right to withhold or reduce any refund on Products that have already been worn and/or which have been damaged or otherwise diminished in value.

Once the return/exchange is received, inspected, and processed, we will issue a refund (Please note: We do not refund for the shipping cost as it is a direct quote from our carriers) to your credit card along with an email confirmation.

MAIL ONLINE PURCHASES BACK:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless merchandise is defective or is a mistake caused by 247Garden.  

  • Pack your return in the original package if possible.

  • Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.

  • Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.

  • For proof of delivery 247Garden recommends that you return your items via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and proof of delivery.  247Garden is not responsible for lost merchandise should you choose to ship it without proof of delivery.

  • All shipping and delivery charges are final and non-refundable.

 

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Order processing times are different from shipping timeframes. We may take up to 3 business days (not including weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends) for the order to be shipped out. Quoted times are not guarantee as delivery is subject to change. During peak growing season, some orders may take up to 1 more business day to process.

  • West Coast region: 2-3 business days

  • Central region: 3-5 business days

  • East Coast region: 5-7 business days

Cutoff time for UPS/USPS/FEDEX is 3PM PST from Monday to Friday so to assure same business shipping, please try to place your order ahead of schedule.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently offer shipping to Canada, Australia and UK. If you like to add your country to our shipping list, please contact us info@247garden.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Only some items have a free shipping promotion. Items from our "247Garden Free Shipping Special" will reflect which items are under this promotion or you can type "FREE SHIPPING" into the search bar of our website.

Free shipping items can not be used in conjunction with one another or combined with any other offer. You will only be able to use one discount code or offer at a time at checkout. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is dependent on the size, weight, and distance. We do not offer a flat rate for shipping.

In order to get the most accurate cost of shipping, we recommend adding the items and the quantity you are interested into the cart. You can enter your shipping zip code in the checkout page under "Estimate Shipping and Tax" 

If you select "Local Pick-Up/Self Pick-Up," please note that you will be required to pay for shipping if you are not picking your items up for will call.

 

My order just shipped - Why isn't my tracking link working?

Tracking information for shipments can take up to 2 business days (not including weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends), depending on the shipping methods selected. 

If the tracking has not been updated since then, please contact us at info@247garden.com.

Where did my delivery date go?

Shipping carriers may experience some delays, and you may expect to see your tracking information impacted by this. Your delivery date should update in the next 2-3 business days.

My order was damaged during shipping.

Merchandise damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.  Upon receiving merchandise it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packaging thoroughly before accepting merchandise.  

If there is damage to the packaging you must refuse delivery of the package on account it is damaged. 247Garden is happy to help expedite the matter and work with you to replace the items as soon as possible. 

Please do not hesitate to report damaged items, as some carriers have strict time requirements that limit their liability. You will need to file a claim with the carrier you selected to report the damage and for us to authorize a replacement:

Lost or Stolen Packages

247Garden shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. 247Garden is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

What if my item is defective?

Defective merchandise is subject to manufacturer's warranty. For the return of defective merchandise please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy below:

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy:

  • The return of defective merchandise must meet the criteria of the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy. You are subject to 247Garden's regular return policy criteria if it does not meet these criteria.  For the Manufacturer’s Warranty on your product to be valid you must fill out the online “Product Warranty” card within 60 days of purchase.  You must also retain your original invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase for your merchandise.

Manufacturer's Warranty Return Period:

  • Your defective item can be eligible for return directly to 247Garden within the time frames below.  The Manufacturers Warranty Return Period begins on the date of purchase.

Sending in your defective merchandise:

  • To verify validity of your warranty you must contact 247Garden first; Returns eligible under the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy will receive specific instructions for the return of the defective merchandise, as well as a return label to cover all reasonable ground shipping costs.

Refunds for defective merchandise under the Manufacturer's Warranty:

  • Refund will be in the form of merchandise credit or merchandise replacement.  Please allow 14-21 days of processing time for your replacement merchandise to be shipped. Processing time begins on the date 247Garden receives the returned defective merchandise.

Please note that initiating a manufacturer warranty may be subjected to investigation to determine if the warranty applies to your case.

Is there a way to save on shipping?

You can save on shipping by making a larger qty purchase, ideally by the case.

For larger order, we also offer special LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) by pallet. Feel free to contact us 323-318-2600 for the best shipping rate on large purchases.

If you are local to the Los Angeles area, you can do Self-Pickup by visiting our warehouse at 1561 Chapin Road Unit B, Montebello CA 90640. We are open Monday to Friday 10AM to 5PM except holidays.

Why has my order not shipped yet?

We do not process and ship orders over weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends as we are not opened during that time. Additionally, our order processing time is 1-3 business days (not including weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends). We recommend planning accordingly if you are in a rush to receive your order.

Why is it taking so long for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times are dependent on your location and time the order was handed to your carrier. We are not responsible for the estimated delivery times. If you need an estimated time frame, please refer to the beginning of the section. 

Can you expedite my order?

No, unfortunately we do not offer that service. We recommend planning accordingly if you are in a rush to receive your order.

Orders Processing/Status

Why was my order canceled?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by 247Garden for various reasons. We do try to reach out to customers to arrange other options (if applicable) but we are unable to hold orders for over a week. 

Some of the reasons for cancellation are:

  • Item(s) not available

  • Difficulty in processing payment information

  • Cannot ship to address provided

  • Duplicate order was placed

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, 247Garden accepts cancellation requests as long as it is requested before the order has been shipped. 

Can I adjust my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept order adjustments at this time. We will need to cancel the order for adjustments. Please call us or email us at info@247garden.com if you will need us to cancel the order in order to make adjustments. You can place the new order online or over the phone with us.

Can I switch my order to pick-up if I selected a shipping option?

Yes, you can as long as you notify us before the order has been shipped. Please email us at info@247garden.com so that we can process the order as a "Self Pick-Up." We will refund you for the shipping portion as well.

Can I have my order shipped if I selected "Self Pick-Up"?

Yes, you can. Please note that we will need to charge you the shipping rate in order to ship your order. You can email us at info@247garden.com or call us at 877-929-9720. We are opened Mondays-Fridays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

 

Payment

247Garden.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express for online orders.

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 24-48 hours. A link will also be included with tracking information to check the status of your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment via checks and PayPal.

 

Sales and Promotions

All sales and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with one another or combined with any other offer. This includes our free shipping promotional items and clearance items. You will only be able to use one code, promotion, or discount offer at a time at checkout
